Overview. This Return & Refund Policy applies to healthcare RCM services, billing services, and software subscriptions.

Services. Because services begin upon engagement and include labor and expertise, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us within 15 days for review and adjustment if applicable.

Subscriptions & Software. Prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable for the current term after activation. You may cancel future renewals any time before the renewal date.

Disputed Charges. Please notify us within 15 days of invoice date. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a credit or refund to the original payment method.
