Agreement. By using our services and software, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services. We provide healthcare RCM, billing, claims processing, and related IT-enabled services as described in your order or SOW.
Billing & Payment. Fees are due per invoice terms. Late balances may incur service suspension and/?or late fees as permitted by law.
Refunds. Governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Confidentiality & HIPAA. Each party will protect confidential information. We act as a Business Associate and will sign a BAA upon request.
Acceptable Use. You will not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws.
Warranties & Disclaimers. Services are provided AS IS to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant payer decisions or reimbursement outcomes.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law. As set out in your order or, if not specified, our principal place of business jurisdiction.
